Sawyer Ave Dalwallinu Project

We are overly excited to see the project of this 5-bedroom house started on site in July 2021. Due to the challenge of getting the large site on quite level, we must install significant amount of retaining walls to achieve this outcome.
There was a large amount of clean fill sand brought on site to bring the finished floor level up to the design level.
Sep 2021
The concrete slab has completed with all the structural footings, in ground services, termite treatment and slab set down for the wet area set out correctly.
Oct 2021
All the timber wall frames have completed. This prefabricated timber framing has reduced the cost and time of labour on site.
The building is starting to take shapes. We can really appreciate the built form and sense of space.
